The Primordial Program is an international operation that aims to unify the Heirs, finding them around the world, and stopping the Wilting. Heirs are not the only people in the frontline in this fight for the humanity: multiple governments allied their force and formed the Primordial Program. The remaining Heirs were given their power by another Heir through an esoteric ritual, most of the time a blood sacrifice. The majority of the Heirs are distant descendants to devoted believers (oracles, shamans, priests, or even kings) chosen by their Deity.
